Mary O. Williams, 87, of Whitney died Saturday, December 14. She was born June 13, 1915 in Bosque County, daughter of Lee and
Edna Basye Williams. She moved to Towash in 1920 where she grew up and attended school. She had lived in Whitney since 1956.
She was employed at Whitney hospital and later at Park Plaza nursing home. She retired in 1981. She was a Methodist. Survivors
include: several cousins. Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, December 15, at Whitney Memorial Park with Rev. Andy
Anderson officiating.
