Services for Donny Arymol Sosebee, of Dallas will be a 10:00 a.m. Friday in Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Park. He died at 3:50 p.m. Monday at his residence after a lengthy illness. Dr. Nina Hollander of the Dallas County Medical Examiners Office ruled the death due to natural causes. He was born July 11, 1937 in Lubbock and moved to Dallas 38 years ago. He married Mary Etta Paige September 19, 1958 in Dallas. He was a member of the Shiloh Terrace Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife; his mother, Ora Mae (Kurklin Sosebee) Dyer of Alva; three sons, Michael Craig Sosebee, Darren Keith Sosebee, and Steven Kent Sosebee, all of Dallas; and a daughter, Laurie Anne (Sosebee) Ball of Mesquite.
(Donny was the son of Arymol Haywood and Ora Mae (Kurklin) Sosebee, grandson of John Franklin and Mary Florence (Wylie) Sosebee and the
great-grandson of George Washington and Alice Catherine (Pierce) Sosebee.)
