Funeral Services For Sosebee Infant Are Held Thursday

Funeral Services for Bartie Dan Sosebee, two day old son of Mr. and Mrs. George Wylie Sosebee, who died early Thursday morning, were conducted at 3 o’clock yesterday afternoon at the residence of the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Mason Taliaferro. (He was born April 20, 1937 and died April 22, 1937.) Elon Wilson, minister of the Church of Christ, officiated and burial was in the Abernathy Cemetery under the direction of Rix Funeral Home of Lubbock. Death was at the parents residence nine miles east of Abernathy, Texas. The Sosebees have no other children. They have lived here several years. (Bartie was the son of George Wylie and Bonnie Fay (Taliaferro) Sosebee and the grandson of John Franklin and Mary Florence (Wylie) Sosebee)
